Dr. Ralf Müller
Professor of Project Management, BI Norwegian Business School; Adjunct Professor, SBS Swiss Business School
Dr. Ralf Müller is Professor of Project Management at BI Norwegian Business School and former Associate Dean for the BI-Fudan MBA programs in China. He also holds adjunct professor appointments at Dalian University of Technology (China) and the University of Technology, Sydney.
He serves in multiple governance roles, including member of the Senate at ISM University (Lithuania), Chair of the Advisory Board of the International Association of Project Management Officers, Board Member of the Institute for Project Management at the University of Iceland, and Director of the Research Lab at the European School of Governance.
Dr. Müller has received numerous awards, including the IPMA Global Research Award (2012, 2019), the PMI Fellow of the Institute Award (2016), the PMI Research (Lifetime) Achievement Award (2015), and the Antura Lifetime Achievement Award (2019). Earlier awards include the Walt Lipke Award for Project Governance Excellence, the Best Paper Award by Project Management Journal (2009), Emerald Publishing’s Best Reviewer Award (2011), and Nimbas University’s Best Supervisor Award (2005). His doctoral thesis was ranked among the top eight in business and management by EDAMBA (2003).
Dr. Robert Joslin
CEng, ACE, IPMO-E, PfMP, PgMP, PMP
Dr. Robert Joslin is a management consultant, instructor, and founder of AIPMO. He is Professor at Alma Mater Europaea – ECM, where he created the MSc and PhD programs in Strategy, Project Leadership, and PMO Management.
With more than 35 years of international experience, he has designed, initiated, and delivered large-scale organizational transformations, reengineering initiatives, infrastructure programs, and strategy development projects. He has built and implemented hundreds of PMOs, and over time developed a PMO-specific methodology that became the foundation of AIPMO’s PMO Strategic Lifecycle Framework.
Dr. Joslin has authored books, chapters, and research papers, serves as a peer reviewer for three project management journals, and is co-authoring AIPMO’s multi-volume Body of Knowledge (BoK).
Laurent Kummer
DBA(c), PM² and PMO Consultant, Coach, Author of “The Lean Project Manager”
Laurent Kummer is a consultant, entrepreneur, coach, and academic researcher with more than 20 years of experience in project leadership. He was one of the key contributors to PM², the official methodology of the European Institutions released to the public in 2016.
Laurent combines practical consulting with academic teaching, delivering classes, lectures, and seminars for over a decade while continuing to lead high-level projects within the European Commission. He has developed deep expertise in EU-funded development and research projects, and previously represented Belgium at ISO, where he contributed to the creation of the ISO 21500 standard family on project management.
Earlier in his career, Laurent spent more than a decade leading quality and IT infrastructure programs at General Electric across France, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a pioneer of Lean project management. In 2017, he authored the bestseller The Lean Project Manager. He holds an engineering degree in Computer Science and multiple project management and Agile certifications (PMP, PM², Scrum).
Matt Swan
MPM, BEng, IPMO-E
Matt Swan is Head of Projects at the Children’s Cancer Institute (CCI) in Australia, where he is building the national precision medicine capability and the country’s first comprehensive cancer centre dedicated to children. He also teaches undergraduate and graduate project management at the University of Sydney.
He is co-authoring AIPMO’s book on PMO competencies and has contributed to frameworks for GAPPS and ICCPM. He has advised the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) as an industry advisory group member and board observer, co-founded Future Project Leaders, and served as a judge for national project management awards.
With 17 years of experience, Matt has led major and megaprojects in research infrastructure, business transformation, construction, and mineral processing. As a consultant and trainer, he has helped develop organizational capability and trained thousands of project professionals across industries such as banking, defence, infrastructure, and logistics.
Dr. Günther Singer

Dr. Günther Singer is Professor and consultant specializing in human resources, change management, online education, and accreditation in higher education. He is CEO of Life and Career Design Consulting GmbH and owner of ChangeStrategy Consulting, where he designs corporate change processes, implements strategy, and supports organizations as coach and developer.
He has held leadership positions including CEO, Dean, Academic Director, Senior Researcher, Sales Manager, and Regional Director Europe for a U.S. Accreditation Organization.
Dr. Singer’s consulting experience spans a wide range of industries: aviation (process consulting for top management), automotive (retail restructuring), banking (post-merger change management), energy (process coaching during restructuring), high-tech (introduction of process and skill management), media (performance management), public administration (manager coaching), and the United Nations (human resources development).
Dr. Darren Dalcher

Dr. Darren Dalcher is Professor of Strategic Project Management at Lancaster University Management School and Director of the National Centre for Project Management. He is a recognized thought leader and innovator in practice-based education and reflection in project management.
He has authored over 250 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters and published more than 30 books, many translated into French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Chinese. He is Editor-in-Chief of Wiley’s Journal of Software: Evolution and Process and editor of two Routledge book series on projects and change initiatives.
Dr. Dalcher is an Honorary Fellow of the Association for Project Management, a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society, and an active member of international councils and advisory groups, including PMI’s Academic Insight Team and the APM Group Ethics and Standards Board. He was academic advisor and co-editor of the 7th edition of the APM Body of Knowledge.
Dr. Lara M. Pair

Dr. jur. HSG Lara M. Pair, JD, LL.M., is an international legal specialist and former adjunct professor at Emory University Law School, UniMAIL Geneva, and HSG MBA program, where she taught international business transactions and dispute resolution.
She has published widely on arbitration, labor law, international transactions, EU law, and debt collection. She is admitted to the Bars of Georgia (USA, since 2002), Frankfurt am Main (Germany, since 2008), and Zürich (Switzerland, since 2011). She also holds advanced certificates in litigation and dispute resolution, trusts and foundations law, and university didactics.
Since 2018, Dr. Pair has been Managing Partner of Pairfact Legal AG in Switzerland, advising international clients and serving on boards in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Maciej Bodych

Maciej Bodych is an expert in project, program, and portfolio management, specializing in PMOs and organizational development. He has delivered projects and training in sectors including oil & gas, IT, finance, production, and public administration across Poland, Germany, the UK, Ukraine, Switzerland, and more.
He has been active in PMI® since 2003, serving as President of the Warsaw Branch and Polish Chapter, Chair of the Audit Committee, mentor for Eastern Europe, and global board member for certification and volunteer advisory.
Since 2010, he has been President of WHITECOM Project Experience, a company focused on training, PMO setup, and project/portfolio management services.

Christian Mueller-Gorman

Christian Mueller-Gorman is a goal-focused professional with extensive experience in scaling mid-sized enterprises, developing strategy, and implementing change to enhance organizational effectiveness.
He has consulted for organizations including T-Mobile International, Telefónica Germany, Allianz, Daimler/Mercedes, and the Schwarz Group (Lidl & Kaufland). His expertise includes company strategy, business model development, startup mentoring, and digital transformation.
Christian holds certifications as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL v2 Foundation, and PRINCE2 Foundation, and is fluent in English and German.
Arthur Goetsch

Arthur Goetsch has more than 25 years of experience in project and program management across multiple industries. He began his career in the defense sector as an aeronautical engineer managing high-tech defense projects.
He later joined an international management consultancy, managing client projects and building organizational PMO capabilities. Since then, he has implemented program and PMO practices for multinational corporations in oil & gas, financial services, FMCG, and transport.
Arthur is a member of AIPMO’s ACE (Advisor, Consultant, Expert) team.
Nancy Nouaimeh

Nancy Nouaimeh is a seasoned consultant with more than 24 years of experience in organizational transformation, change management, and business excellence. She is founder of XcelliUm Consulting, the first Licensed Shingo Affiliate in the Middle East and Africa, and XcelleratE CaaS, a subscription-based consultancy in Ireland.
She holds dual master’s degrees in Total Quality Management and Agronomic Sciences & Bioengineering from Belgium and began her career in scientific research before moving into the food sector and later consulting.
Nancy is a Shingo Alumni, Chartered Business Excellence Expert, and certified Change Management Practitioner. She has served on boards including the American Society for Quality and ISCM Foundation, and in 2022 received the Global Women in Leadership Award from GCPIT.
Henry Verster

Henry Verster is a management consultant with over 23 years of experience in program management, business strategy, supply chain management, and organizational design.
He has led large-scale programs and PMO initiatives across financial services, mining, ICT, and consumer industries, and has worked with international consulting firms delivering transformation and optimization programs.
Henry holds degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, along with executive certificates from the Gordon Institute of Business Science in project management, strategy, and leadership.
